Cancellation Policy

Dear Clients,

At Multitasking Mum, we have a cancellation policy that includes a $50 fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

​

Such last-minute cancellations significantly impact our business and disrupt the schedules of our subcontractors, as we are unable to accommodate other clients on such short notice.

We also kindly ask that you ensure the key is left accessible for our cleaners to avoid service delays.
