Workplace Safety and
Occupational Health Policy
Multitasking Mum – Occupational Health & Safety Policy
At Multitasking Mum, we prioritise the health, safety, and well-being of our subcontractors.
No service can be performed without considering safety and health first.
📋 Directives for Subcontractors
• Before starting any job, subcontractors must evaluate the environment and only begin work if it is safe and healthy.
• If the environment is unsafe or inadequate, the subcontractor must immediately stop work, report it to their coordinator, and leave the location.
• Any dangerous situation must be reported immediately to a superior.
• Subcontractors must never place themselves in risky situations — report to your coordinator, and we will take care of it.
🚫 Restrictions
Multitasking Mum does not:
• Clean biological materials (blood, feces, semen, etc.) — a qualified company must be contacted.
• Perform cleaning at height, on parapets, fountains, swimming pools, or any unsafe structure.
🤝 Responsibility & Prevention
Multitasking Mum is committed to:
• Continuously promoting safety training and information.
• Identifying, evaluating, controlling, and mitigating health and safety risks for subcontractors and clients.
• Providing the necessary tools and means to safely carry out services.
• Constantly seeking new safety methodologies to prevent accidents and improve working conditions.
💜 Final Note
The health and safety of our subcontractors are what we value most.
Never compromise your safety — report risks immediately, and we will handle them.
