💳 Payment & Cancellation Policy – Multitasking Mum
⏱ Payment Terms
• The deadline for payment of Multitasking Mum services is 24 hours after receiving the invoice.
• Invoices are issued by our Finance Department and must be settled within this timeframe.
• Please note: our policy does not allow extended payment terms beyond 24 hours.
💸 Late Payment Fee
• A $40 daily fee will be charged for payments not received within 24 hours of the invoice being issued.
❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling
• If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us by email at booking@multitaskingmum.com.au at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
