Multitasking Mum has a dedicated Service Manager.
This professional is qualified to assess each case individually and recommend the best service to meet every client’s needs.

⏱ Estimated Hours

   •    When our team estimates the hours required for a job, it ensures a detailed and high-quality service.
   •    Estimated hours are suggested based on the information provided to our team before the service begins.
   •    Once tasks are underway, the time required may change (either more or fewer hours). If this occurs, the client will be informed, and we kindly request their acceptance so that the service can continue without disruption.

Important Note:

If a client chooses not to accept the estimated hours and requests fewer hours, a list of priorities will be necessary. Our team will then complete what is possible within the time available.
We always strive to deliver the best possible service, but adequate time is essential to ensure tasks are done correctly.

🏡 Preparing Your Home for Cleaning

​

For our general cleaning clients, we kindly ask that the day before your scheduled service you:
   •    Remove any clothes lying around the bathroom.
   •    Please note that bathrooms are washed with strong cleaning products, and clothes left near the toilet could become stained.

 

Note:

If you have booked our organising + cleaning service, we will take care of this for you. Our team will:
   •    Separate dirty clothes from clean ones.
   •    Store clean clothes neatly.
   •    Take dirty clothes to the laundry.
